Thanks, Liza! People are welcome to just listen if they don't feel like singing. Here's a reminder of the initial information. Bobby had margaritas last week; we'll have to ask him to make them available again so I have an excuse if I forget the chords! Remember, it's not a jam.We have lots of lovely opportunities in town already for jams. This is for SINGERS and LISTENERS. Mark your calendars for Wed., Feb. 12 at the Club. COME SING WITH US! Will and Ann Schmid invite you to sit back and listen or sing along with us at "The Club" on Wed, Feb 12 at 7:30 PM. It’s a Singalong (but not a jam), so we’ll perform a little and then teach those who want to sing how to join in. Proprietor Bobby has a full bar and soft drinks, and maybe you could bring a snack to share (optional). "The Club" is about a block past (north of) Palapa Joe's, same side of the street, UPSTAIRS. It’s FREE. Will founded the "Get America Singing Again" national campaign, and taught a course in American Folk and Popular Music at the U of Wis-Milwaukee. Ann founded and directed the Stringalong Weekends for 30 years — nationally-attended amateur music and singing festival retreats. The Schmids have been performing together (with guitar and autoharp) and leading choirs and amateur singing groups for almost 40 years.
