You can hire a cab from La Manz to pick you up at airport... local taxista Eloy can probably do it - I believe he charges 1800 pesos.

Otherwise, might be better to stay overnight and take the Primera Plus bus from old town PV to Melaque, and then cab from Melaque to La Manz.
