Dog Friendly Hotel in San Blas

Casa Roxanne is full, and there was another hotel in San Blas run by a nice couple on the back road but I can't remember the name of it? I'd appreciate any help! I think Rusty and his wife and Cisco used to stay there. It was right on the ocean and the property was locked at night.
