Going to/through Cihuatlan tomorrow?

I need something dropped off at the president's office in Cihuatlan before 3pm Tuesday. If you're going that way and have a bit of time (20 mins max I think) to spare I would very much appreciate your help !! It's the platform from the race - it's a bit awkward but they tell me it fits in the back seat of a car. Thanks :-)
