Join us for YogaRevolution this morning 9-10 a.m. at Bending Tree Yoga and Healing Center. This class is designed as a mix of flow and restorative yoga. We address our physical practice to help us release what does not serve us and quiet the mind and then move into restorative and deep stretching to bring in new, creative, healing energy into our beings. Also, if you bought a package deal and plan on attending the YogaGives class this Friday, know it is included in your package. Of course we welcome any added donations you would like to bring.
