I recently tried to buy a bus ticket through ETN on line, and no matter how I varied the information, I never could complete the transaction. When I went to the ETN store in Melaque, just half a block down from the Banamex, a lovely young lady sold me a ticket and even assigned me a seat. My advice--go there!
