housing for next season

Two quiet non drinking non smoking seniors looking for a two bedroom, full kitchen,apt. Or casita for mid. Dec to mid March. Would prefer somewhere with outdoor patio or..... We are heading back up north the end of the month and hope to have something lined up before we go. We have our fingers crossed.
