Alain - the minimum you need is a blood test, and if you have the transportation Pam's suggestion of going to Euchauri makes the most sense as everything is there at the clinic. You could go to our Centro de Salud and ask the doctor there to initiate the blood test. Any request for a blood test will have the test done in Melaque ~ so you could go directly and ask for any blood test you want - if you know which ones to ask for.
