While in the Papeleria (Paper Store) around the corner from Lidia's, you may have noticed that the lady sells fresh chicken pieces. If you ask for a photocopy while she's cutting chicken, she'll just wipe her hands on her apron and start right in. Now that's La Manzanilla!
