Message Board Etiquette

Lately there has been a spike in the number of people hurling verbal abuse at others who are expressing an opinion or point of view. A healthy community is one where people can express their views without being ridiculed, put down, threatened or osterized by their peers. Many people here will not use the message board because of this - a shame, because forums like this can create healthy debate and exchange of ideas. A plea. Please treat others, particularly those whose opinions you not agree with, with respect. And how about identifying yourself with real names?
