Dengue Inspectors

All of us are familiar with the dengue inspectors who ask to prowl around our property looking for standing water. Today, the day after the first inspector, another one came and wanted to inspect inside our house. He wanted to see every inside plant, as well as know how many bathrooms we had and how many people lived here. This seems somewhat irregular to me. Anybody else have this experience?
