Peña Nieto, México's president was visiting Manzanillo, stayed at Grand bay hotel, and I assume he wanted to play golf at El Tamarindo, one of his favorite places to play. There were dozrns of trucks like this one all around the area. I went yesterday to Manzanillo and posted this picture on Facebook. A friend who works at the airport told me it was because the president was aroun.
