Now that the electricity is back in La Manz, I can post the weekly! After I had to blend and use the processor, we are back in business! Wish I had a head lamp, but my Mexican cell phone strapped to my head worked okay.. Great specials this week! Scallops Rockefeller Appetizer - sauteed spinach & shrooms in garlic butter topped with tender seared bay scallops, s plash of pernod, blanketed in bearnaise and broiled - divine! A gorgeous Chile Relleno Style Quiche with roasted poblanos, layers of cheese & topped with a charred salsa Tequila Orange Chicken with a dried fruit compote, cilanto pesto and chipotle white beans with queso fresco! Asian Night on Thursday - 3 course dinner with 2 appetizer selections and 2 entree selections and choice of dessert!
