Since there was no power yesterday, I had to wait to use the blender and the cuisinart which both blend and process things. Also after 8 years in biz, we still have not invested in head lamps so I had to use my cell phone (the cheapie Mexican ones have a great flashlight) that I attached to my head so I could use both of my hands in our dark kitchen. it was an attempt at humor in light of no LUZ yesterday!
