I believe there are 3 candidates:
Capulina, from the Taco stand.
El Guero Magdalena, building contractor, and recently, seller of purified drinking water.
Fermin, Fisherman and Carnitas stand.
Any inaccuracies in the above information are.....well, inaccurate..
