Although I'm here one more week, it looks like Monday is our last day to dance, laugh, kick and shake it up on the beach. I think my favorite beach time all season has been at the end of our Nia classes, stretching on the sand, breathing in the delicious serenity, looking out over the ocean, so at peace after all the release and joy we just experienced.
