Last May I moved to La Manzanilla from San Miguel de Allende, where I lived for more than 11 years. Now that I'm settled in and know my way around, I'd like to offer property management and/or house sitting services during the long low season or beyond. I'm a Permanent Resident of Mexico, speak Spanish and have a local bank account and driver's license. If you need something done during your absence, for any length of time, I will happily do it for you: *supervise construction, painting or repairs *pay bills *maintain plants or garden *vehicle upkeep *manage rentals *security checks *handle problems or unforeseen circumstances I am also willing to house sit a beachfront property, where you could leave your pet(s) behind for TLC from me.
