I know you can get fish and chips at many restaurants here in La Manzanilla now, and everyone seems to have their favorite place. Well, I just found mine last week when I had the fish and chips special at Mayahuel, which they feature every Thursday night. Absolutely delicious, with a light, crispy breading on the fish, crispy, lightly browned fries, and no sign of grease on the plate or on my palate. For my $90 pesos, these are the best fish and chips around!
