Trailer from State of Jalisco spaying and Neutering here in La Manz today

I just saw a white trailer at the Jardin here in La Manz and it 's from the State of Jalisco. What I found out from the Delagado is that the Vets will be here at 10am to Spay and Neuter for Free. Please tell your neighbors.
I hope to find the speaker truck to announce it to the whole town.
Too bad they didn't let anyone know or have a sign on the trailer as to what it is.
