No, Rick does NOT know best. He was NOT there and he does not "know for a fact" what happened. And his coy little "I need not utter it here" is just so much BS - and prompts the question "why not?" Is he trying to hide something?? His description of Myranda's Spanish language ability, and Angelica's English, might have been true three years(!) ago, but it certainly is not true today. The two of them understand each other well enough, I think. Myranda WAS there and her report of what happened is accurate. She is neither stupid nor a liar. There was a time, back in the eighteenth century, when publicly insulting a man's wife would have meant pistols at dawn, ten paces, turn and fire. In these more enlightened(!) times we have the Internet, so I'm giving him the option of a public apology.
