Putus... Have you gone to the athorities, am sure there is an animal shelter, vet,cop,animal clinic up there. What about talking to neighbors on the other side of animal abuse house. If you were here, someone would more than likely get involved and help you!! Hope all works out, as it kills me to hear this. After all there is a new law on the books about animal cruelty!!!
