Bus Tickets

I have been trying to purchase bus tickets online from PV to Melaque thru Primera Plus for 5/1/2014 at 12:15pm for a 7:15pm arrival. The bank will not accept the charge. I know the credit card is good. Any suggestions to purchase by phone from the US or any other ideas.
