Chef Greg Couillard is back from his travels to Toronto and will be cooking for the next two weeks here at Chantli Mare. Roberto and Ibette will be here for the entire off season and the hotel and restaurant will be available throughout the summer months. Please call 3151079957 for information and summer hours? Sunday night enjoy the music of classic Mexican music with Ricardo & Emmerson and of course Couillard's delish menu.
