Alec Robertson passed away

We're sad to say our friend Alec Robertson passed away in Vancouver today, just shy of his 82nd birthday. He was with his beloved sons Eric and Chris, and grandsons Nairn and Amun. He spent the last three winters in La Manzanilla, and befriended a lot of people there. He enjoyed life to the fullest these last years, especially in Mexico, and he told us he had no regrets. He was a truly good and honest man, and left this world with the same dignity with which he lived in it. Today is el Día Del Niño, and apparently in Mexico, it is considered a very auspicious day to die. We'll miss him. This photo of Alec was taken at Martin's in January 2014.
