Not much different for temporary. You will need to go to the local Consulate, take the paperwork they give you and return with a years worth of bank records and the forms filled out. Upon returning with your records they will look over you're paperwork. You will receive appointment by e-mail within ten days. Upon receipt of e-mail contact them and more than likely an appointment will be made for the next week. Return with passport, $39.00 an they will scan you're fingerprint. Not very difficult really!
