Thank-you Cruz, Cyndi and Robert for La Manzanilla's gym!

I'd like to personally thank Cruz and her family for a their generous gift to the community. Cruz, her daughter and son-in-law have given the gym to La Manzanilla. It's a wonderful gift and has been well attended by locals and expats. I've been teaching at the gym since November and it's a delight to have access to a beautiful,clean, well-maintained space. I also love seeing La Manzanilla's women taking control of their health and making a commitment to show-up and workout with; Aby for spinning, Oscar in his truly insane Insanity workout and with Rosaura and I at Zumba. In the evenings you'll find teens and men using the weights as well as working up a sweat with Jimmy in his Mixed Martial Arts class.
