I typed in "bus from PV" in the message board archive search and came up with this fairly recent posting with some useful info: http://www.lamanzanilla.info/la_manzanilla_message_board/13-12-20_to_14-03-17/msg/1391745322.html If it was me, I'd just stay the night in PV (like at the Posada Roger) and catch an express bus the next morning. There's a bus pickup/stop only a few blocks over from the Roger, so no need to go way back out to the camionera/station out by the airport.
