Hi Judy, Just email the pics to yourself and keep them on the server of your email program, then delete them from your ipad. I assume you are already doing something like that. When I download the photo off the camera to my computer (lets use the top one for example) it is 5,220 kb, which is huge. I used my photo editor to straighten the photo a bit, that changed the photo to 2,036 kb, half the size of the original. I don't know why it did that but it helped on the file size with no apparent loss in clarity (although there must have been some). One question (which I don't have time to research at the moment) is...Does the camera always gather enough data to make the largest size photo and then use its own algorithm to resize it if you shoot a smaller size, or does the camera use some other method when not shooting full size? The more you know the more you know you don't know you know.
