YogaCommunity -- stretching it out

This week in YogaCommunity we are going to stretch it out from 9 to 10 a.m. Tuesday and Thursday. What does this mean? Two things, we are going to open the muscles; but we are also going to open the mind to our possibilities and shed some fear along the way. Join us for a little strength and stretching, only 20 pesos! Bending Tree Yoga and Healing Center is located at 130A Playa Blanca, 2 blocks down from Martin's, next to the laundry. Please note that classes for the next 3 weeks will end about 9:45 a.m. because I'm teaching English and yoga at the La Catalina Foundation's "Cursos de Verano." Super fun!
