January rental??

Hi, pardon me for barging in on this board with a rental request but I'd like to put this out there. My partner loves to fish off the shore and I like to eat (and share) fish and it seems like Manzanilla is the place for that. The bit that I've read of this board makes it seem like a pretty nice place too. We are looking for January rental...maybe longer. I've checked out some of the rentals mentioned on this board in the last year but the ones in our budget are all taken so far. I'm an artisan, he's a musician i.e. looking for a budget rental which would include wifi and a kitchen (shared should be o.k.) a bit of a work space (large table) would be nice.
