Just a little tip. If you go to your local (NOB) bank or credit union or call them, they can and will increase the amount you are permitted to withdraw with your bank card. They limit it so that you are protected from theft. Every year I get it hiked up before I leave for La Manzanilla, explaining the journey to the bank and the potential problems with getting cash.
