Arroyo runs video and yoga in September

Hi Everyone, The arroyo started running Sept. 3 and is just spectacular, check out the video below. Also Yoga Community classes at Bending Tree Yoga and Healing Center will resume on Tuesday, Sept. 16 from 9 to 10 a.m. Classes will be every Tuesday and Thursday throughout September and some of October. Classes are 20 pesos and mats are available. Also, stay tuned for our fall/winter/spring schedule to be announced soon. Thank you and Namaste, Karen
