economical rental

Amigos y amigas: This is the 13th year since I first came to your tranquil bay. My novia and I are looking for an economical rental in La Manzanilla for Dec 1 - 31 2014 +/-. Our needs are simple as is our life style. Things that are necessary are: mosquito netting on windows, some kind of cooking arrangement i.e. even a basic kitchenette, a “relative” degree of security, nice neighbors are always a huge plus, clean functional bathroom with reliable hot water (do I dare ask for so much?). Of course, if wifi is available it will be very useful. Not being on the beach can actually be a plus as La Manzanilla is a wonderful walking town. I look forward to again seeing the faces of my favorite fishermen, artists, a tequila enthusiast realtor, street food vendors, and a certain garza that always steals the sardines from my bait bucket. O.K., all of the egrets that steal the bait from my bucket.
