February Fishing

I'm planning on bringing my brother to La Manzanilla in February and wonder if the fishing there is good then and whether I can get some recommendations and contact information as to whom to go out with for a half day of fishing. We tried this several years ago from Manzanillo in October and the results were more than a little disappointing. It was a complete bust. I'm hoping not to repeat that. Appreciate your feedback!
