Mark, you're lucky you weren't here before Cisco's Amigos. There was rampant VD amongst the dog population with penises dripping blood. If the vasectomy procedure was done the way you suggest, there would be further spread of this disease. There used to be dying dogs in the streets, packs fighting at night, etc. In my opinion, it is much better for the dogs that are in La Manzanilla as they are living longer and most of them have homes and it is safer for them. I am going to go out on a limb here, but my observation is that people like puppies, but it's a different story as the dogs grow up and get into mischief. There may be a dog training class this year (not taught by me), so stay tuned everyone.
