I do not think that you have to be in the intelligent group as June mentioned to figure out why they are waiting til now to ask for donations even thou school started in August. I have heard the question ask many times by people, why so many raffles/donation drives and fund raisers in the winter! DA! It is because of the winter crowd of course. I wonder how much the people actually asking donate other then their time. The Catalina School has events to collect money so why are they included with the town school, I thought they are a private organization.
