Any UNLOCK phone from the States can be set up here. It has to be UNLOCK from your cell phone provider or the service provider has to give you an UNLOCK CODE. The Brand does not matter the company that provides the service AT&T,VERIZON, BELL etc,etc,need to provide a UNLOCK CODE for the phone to use TELCEL as a service provider.
