The ranking of Mexico's health care status (based on availability, cost, efficiency, level of doctor training, results etc.) was part of a larger article about the subject; the link to the article was posted on the Expats Living in Mexico Facebook page within the past few weeks. Clearly there has been improvement over the past 24+ years!
