LAST WEEK of YogaCommunity classes

The Summer of Fun 20-peso classes are in its last week, this week at Bending Tree Yoga and Healing Center, 130A Playa Blanca. YogaCommunity is Tuesdays and Thursdays 9-10 a.m. -- a mix of yoga, pilates and meditation. Thanks to all who attended classes during the 2013-2014 season. Your attendance to classes and having reflexology sessions allowed me to teach YogaCommunity 20-peso classes for the summer of fun; teach yoga kids classes during 3-week summer classes by La Catalina Foundation and expand yoga services to Melaque. This is all a part of our Bending Tree Expansion Project and I thank you so much for your continued support. The 2014-2015 season schedule will begin Monday, Nov. 3. Classes include: Mondays: YogaPilates+ 9-10 a.m. Tuesdays: YogaStrong 9-10 a.m. Wednesdays: YogaPilates+ 9-10 a.m. Thursdays: YogaMellow 9-10 a.m. All classes are 100 pesos and package deals are available, including the YogaAwesome package deal!
