If you lived in La Manzanilla full time, worked full time, had no car and couldn't get over to the ATM in Melaque via the bus in an emergency, you would very much appreciate an ATM machine here in town. A post office and gas station aren't necessary, but easy access to cash in a cash economy would make a lot of people's lives a whole lot easier. Not everyone here is retired or on vacation.
