Well, thanks to Deanna's tip, I was able to watch today's "blob" as it crept up the coast towards us. I was a little surprised it actually rained on us; 0.76" so far, and a nice cool-down too! Based on the "new" blob loop, we might get some more in the next couple hours: http://smn.cna.gob.mx/satelite/goesE/co/loop.gif Here's a capture of the latest frame in the loop. La Manz is the tiny bay just to the right of dead center in this view:  Don't forget to refresh your browser every time you open this new loop, or if you've had it open for a while. I actually have to hit "ctrl" and "F5" to force my Internet Explorer to refresh this new loop reliably. |
