O K , I'm going to blab my humble opinion here.... I think it's up to the Mexican citizens and business people to decide. They know about crime and charm and all the factors. Whether you are an expat living there full time , or a snowbird that has spent 5 months a year for many years, we are guests there. Thank goodness we can air our opinions, but resisting or insisting on change is not up to us. I think.. I sure am looking forward to being there.The weather here has been dark and wet here.
