Rob is right about us being guest even if you live there all the time.
Is does seem like it would bring in more crime and people would need to be careful about getting money out while possibly being watched and followed. I guess it will be up to the individual if you want to use the ATM or go into Melaque.
We moved to a quite little VT. town that had nothing except a store and gas station but soon to follow was the street lights/restaurants/Post Office etc... and all the people that moved there because it was a quite little town BUT they still wanted what they left in the city!!!
