Upon exiting immigration, go to taxi kiosk and state your destination. Pay the the 600 pesos (may have changed slightly), which is the set fare to La Manzanilla. No other taxis other than airport taxis can take you. There is no bus from the airport. There is no other efficient way. Try posting your date and time of arrival here and maybe share a taxi with others. Good luck and have a great stay.
