Thanks to all the people who supported La Manzanilla teachers to attend the Mindfulness for Educators course put on by AtentaMente from Guadalajara last weekend. The workshop focused a variety of topics, including self-care for teachers, holistic education focusing on the heart and mind, and how to help students have better attention.
