Yes, god bless Morgan, and as a homeowner, I have never forget to pay him annually for the water which we are so generously blessed with (except for Santa Samana) where it is directed else where. I fully appreciate the challenges he is faced with regarding budgets and the repair and maintenance of pumps and equipment. I fully support 'passing the word' for the annual payment of water fees (which are almost nothing) and why any foreigner would not pay is beyond me as you can not get water anywhere in North America cheaper. Water is our life blood and it should be respected. Unfortunately many people do not appreciate just how much is wasted not thinking about this limited resource.
