Season Three at Chantli Mare
Well the Eagle has landed at Chantli and with Chef Greg Couillard back in the saddle! We still , like everyone else, are cleaning up and asessing a bit of damage. A few missing boards and a beach clean up should do it. We are ready and open for business and happy to see old friends and newbies.
First up is our new menus which will be featuring local seasonal produce and seafood, as well as Vegan and Gltuen free options. We will post our week's features every Monday. We will also be offering early dinner for those not wishing to travel at night...Just prior to the sunset hour.
Our first special evening will be next Thursday the27th for American Thanksgiving.
We plan on featuring a buffet style preceded by a salad of roasted squash with Pomegranate vinaigrette. The buffet will include a traditional apread of Turkey, Virginia baked Ham, Cornbread , Apple and sausage stuffing, Candied Yams, Succotash, Cranberry Sauce, Mash Potatoes and a dessert table afterwards with tea and coffee.
