Good idea for good news Larry.

Going through links I have saved this year, here are some positive news
stories for Mexico. Some may need to be put through a translator
and I tried to credit the source I got the link from (mostly reddit).
I am sure there are many many more it is just that good news doesn't
seem to be reported very much.
