Here is another observation : In a hundred years Mexico`s population has gone from 30 million to 140 million . With the Catholic Church teachings against birth control ( breed more Catholics ) and the mindset of " if we have more children we have a better chance of one of them being wealthy enough to look after us in our old age " ..... you can see a problem developing . Same problem that India and China demonstrate. You cannot sustain huge growth rates and not out-grow your resource base eventually. As world growth rates continue to expand rapidly there will be more wars and fights over resource control in order to live. People will be forced to migrate to where there seems to be resources available for them . They might not always be welcome. Give a man a fish , you feed him for a day .
