The Bambu Bar

I've been visiting the Bambu Bar which is located on the beach side of the bridge that crosses the lagoon near the Jardin . A young family , Aaron Anna Genisis and Jade operate it and provide outstanding service for beer , bar , and now delicious food . Anna is an outstanding cook " and English is spoken . Very tranquil and easy . Try it out , it's great .

We often visit for sunset, great folks. Decent prices, cold beer, close to the house. What more can an old man ask for? Rojo

I agree with Jesse Connor. The Bambu bar is great place to have a beer and hang out for the sunset. Arron and Anna are really good hosts, the food is great and the view is the best in La manzanilla. It is a real pleasure to be able to support such a wonderful young family. By road they are over a little bridge at the south west corner of the market square. Or by beach, keep walking south past all the fishing boats, they are almost at the very end.

True words! Bamboo Bar is a genuine family business with excellent service in an award winning ambience. My place to be for sunsets with good people.

My friend Eileen flew in to Manzanilla last Saturday & left her leather coin bag with credit cards & earrings in it. Looked everywhere.. put stops on them, and then the next day I chatted with a few local cab drivers about it. Within one hour.. Gilberto showed up at our house with her coin bag, with cc & earrings inside! We were so impressed! A customer turned it in & the cab drivers in Melaque had it. Woohoo! Positive outcome with honest people in Mexico~! Mucho Gracias guys!
